Description

Our Operations team is in search of a competent, motivated, and knowledgeable Credit Controller.

As a Credit Controller, you will collaborate with the Utility department to guarantee the precise gathering of records and prompt submission of data essential for asset claims.

So, what will you be doing?

You will also:

Manage the asset process, ensuring documents and details are accurately recorded, and the asset databases are maintained and reconciled
Ensure appropriate department and asset procedures are maintained, updated and documented
Report on asset performance in reports, including the monthly board report.
Work as part of the management team to ensure timely submission of asset records.
Ensure utility submission levels are within any agreed KPIs.
Ensure payment of Assets are received and documented accurately.
Foster an environment of good communication between yourself and the utility departments.
Suggest and participate in process improvements

The Person:

To excel in this role, it is essential to possess knowledge and skills related to coordinating claims/payments and demonstrate a strong aptitude for mathematics.

Prior experience in roles such as Credit Controller, Asset Controller or similar positions, would be advantageous.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build longlasting relationships.
The ability to critically analyse and evaluate reports, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
A proactive and handson approach
Confident and empathic communicator, with the ability to coach and guide colleagues.
The ability to work under pressure within a deadlinedriven environment.
