Main points of the role:


  • Market and actively sell group products, to ensure that targeted Sales and profits are achieved
  • Ensure that the telesales process operates efficiently
  • Update and maintain the group's CRM, in accordance with set procedures.
  • Contact all customers due for warranty recalls on the manufacturer databases
  • Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to the Data Protection Act when handling this data
  • Provide timely communication to customers on their credit status
  • Ensure any customer complaints/disputes are handled professionally and swiftly
  • Action Lex/1Link booking requests to the agreed procedures and time scales.
  • Promote sales of accessories and service packages and upsell these products wherever possible, to meet agreed targets.
  • Guarantee all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood

What we need from you:


  • Previous experience working in a call centre or sales role is preferred
  • CRM experience
  • Some knowledge of the Motor trade would be an advantage
  • Computer literate, including MS Office packages
  • Be driven to exceed set sales targets and KPI's
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to build strong and trusting relationships
  • You must be selfmotivated as well as able to work well with a team

Salary

  • OTE of £29,000 per annum, made up of basic salary and commission
    Hours
  • 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday,as per rota
