Serco have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Fleet Administrator in Warrington.

You will provide the necessary, competent administrational support to Fleet in order to support Electronic Monitoring in their Fleet Department.

To provide the administrational support and effective management of all Serco internal Fleet Department requirements.


Main Accountabilities:

Responsibility for the accurate maintenance of the fleet data in FMS for Electronic Monitoring.
Introducing Vehicles on and off fleet, Enter and maintain pool/job need vehicle orders.
Ordering of Fuel Cards and correctly entered on FMS against the correct vehicle/driver or contract if bearer card.
Management of all Fuel/Mileage issues & complaints. Ensuring all relevant paperwork is scanned and attached to the records on FMS.
Regular housekeeping of all Fleet data and management checks to ensure accurate data held.
Manage licence checking for EM contract.

Maintain relationship with TP Service providers, keeping all balances above a minimum level so there is no break in service to the contracts.

Supplier Relationship maintenance with third-party garages and localised suppliers
Have experience in using multiple IT Programs including SAP and Key2 (FMS)
Use of third-party external portals, eg, Lex, Drive Tech, TMC


What you'll need to do the role:
Have a good understanding of the Serco Fleet policy and Global Job Frameworks.
Driving License
Excellent Communication Skills.
Have a good understanding and experience in finance areas.
