    Role:
    Supporting the Kitchen Manager in Providing Nutritious Meals for Students

    We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team and assist the Kitchen Manager in delivering high-quality meals to our students.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assisting the Kitchen Manager in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and service.

    Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to plan and develop nutritious menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of students.

    Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
    Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
    Supporting the Kitchen Manager in training and development of kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

    Requirements:
    Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a school or catering setting.
    Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking nutritious meals from scratch using fresh ingredients.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
    Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
