Seven Social Care is looking for a temporary Service Manager to fill a fantastic role in Birkenhead.The role:
As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the operational management of a service, or group of services, within a supported housing and/or retirement living setting.
You will effectively manage a team to provide a high-quality customer focused service,ensuring delivery of legislative and contractual performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the service/s to provide a highquality customer focused service.
- Manage team performance to deliver outstanding service, by reviewing work outputs, appraising individual performance, and setting improvement targets.
- Provide motivational leadership, mentoring and coaching to the team, to ensure clarity of direction, effective communication, and development of personal potential.
Applicant Requirements:

Experience:1+ years' experience of managing and developing a small team.

Qualifications:Formal care, support, or housing qualification.

Compliance:Up to date DBS.

Hours:37 hours p/w.
