The Research and Innovation Directorate provide the focal point for activities that maximise the economic and social impact of the University of Sunderland.

The Receptionist and R&I Assistant Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Facilities Team and the wider directorate.


About the role


The successful applicant will provide high-quality, customer and solution focused business administrative support for the Commerical Team and Directorate and to play a key role in providing a professional front of house service for Hope Street Xchange.


Key responsibilities include successfully delivering a range of business, sales, and administrative support activities, including reception support services to ensure that the Commercial Team and tenants receive an efficient, high quality and professional service.
