We are looking to appoint either a part time or full time Learning Support Assistant on a temporary fixed term contract until August 2023.

Our Learning Support Assistants support students with a variety of needs both in and out of the classroom. This is a rewarding role that demands integrity, commitment and a good sense of humour.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential. However, GCSEs (or the equivalent) at Grade C or above in English and Maths are necessary.

This post requires an enhanced DBS check.

Essential Criteria Includes:


  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Science (Grade C or above)
  • Good communicator
  • Able to work with different levels or staff and students

Desirable Criteria Includes:


  • A knowledge of ASD, MLD, SpLD and ADHA
  • A Levels/Degree

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

£21,968.00-£25,409.00 per year
