Due to continuous growth, WeBuyAnyPhone are looking for a Mobile Phone Quality Tester to join our busy and growing team in Whiteley.

You'll become an integral part of the Quality Assurance Team, learning how to identify mobile devices (phones, tablets, wearables), troubleshooting issues that are found on the devices, processing trade-ins (with a keen eye to detail) and running devices through our specialised diagnostics software to provide accurate results.

The Details:Location - fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Lidl)

Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)

Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

In this role you will:

Identify mobile devices (phones, tablets, wearables)
Troubleshooting issues that are found on the devices
Processing tradeins
Running devices through our specialised diagnostics software to provide accurate results
Manage and maintain your own tasks and time management
Achieve key department targets
Responsible for the stock in your care
Maintain a high quality and accuracy in your work

You're the person we are looking for if:

You can commute every day to Whiteley, Hampshire
You speak fluent English
You have obtained GCSE in maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)
You have excellent problemsolving skills
You are passionate about tech and have a general understanding of the use and function of a mobile phone
You are detail oriented
You have good written and verbal communications skills
You are conscientious and responsible
You have some technical ability / knowledge
You are willing to learn
You are flexible and able to work within a team or alone
