On behalf of our client, an established aerospace tier 1 manufacturer, we're actively recruiting a HR Manager to join their team in Leicestershire.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a regulated manufacturing sector such as Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, Medical or similar.

There is an expectation to travel regularly between 2 UK manufacturing facilities for the role, and this could occasionally be at very short notice.

Role & ResponsibilitiesManaging and mentoring 2 HR Administrators.
Being the internal escalation contact for any internal disciplinaries and wider HR queries.
Working closely with our recruitment partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new starters.
Experience, Skills & QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in a similar HR Manager position.
Highly proficient in MS Office.
