- In this role each customer implementation will be managed as a project and you will be leading those projects. Conducting customer meetings and presentations., working alongside the Customer Service team.
- Each project will involve understanding what the customer has signed up to and setting this up from a business/systems/process point of view, managing and updating the customer ensuring all is set up correctly throughout the process, through to the final handover into the Account Management Team.
- Competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Project management experience or experience managing projects.
- Customer service or office-based account management background can be helpful.
