    Implementation Specialist

With their ongoing success and growth, they're now on the lookout for an Implementation Specialist to join the team. You'll be at the forefront of managing projects, ensuring seamless integration and setting up processes efficiently for new customers.

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Basic £30,000 - £37,000.
    • 5% bonus.

    You'll be doing this:

    • In this role each customer implementation will be managed as a project and you will be leading those projects. Conducting customer meetings and presentations., working alongside the Customer Service team.
    • Each project will involve understanding what the customer has signed up to and setting this up from a business/systems/process point of view, managing and updating the customer ensuring all is set up correctly throughout the process, through to the final handover into the Account Management Team.

    And you'll need this:

    • Competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Project management experience or experience managing projects.
    • Customer service or office-based account management background can be helpful.
