Description

As an Air Conditioning Contracts Manager at Clear Climate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of air conditioning projects, from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in achieving project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

1. Project Planning: Help Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

2. Team Leadership: Work with project teams, providing guidance, direction to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

3. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including labour, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements while staying within budget.

5. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with industry regulations.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during the project.

7. Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and budgets, adjusting as necessary to keep projects on track financially.

8. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all project personnel and compliance with safety regulations.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records, for future reference and reporting.

10. Project Completion: Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications in AC, Engineering, construction management, or a related field

Proven experience as a project manager in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and installation processes.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in project management software and tools would be advantageous but not essential.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PMP or related project management certification is a plus.
