    About the role

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join a large local authority in the West London. The Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out technical surveys and writing in depth reports across the housing property services portfolio.

    Day to day repair Surveyor duties:

  • Pre, mid and post work inspections.
  • Complaints and escalated enquiries.
  • What is required for the Surveyor role:

  • Social Housing experience.
  • Knowledge of day to day repairs within properties.
  • Knowledge of SOR codes.
  • Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking surveys to residential properties.
