Service Desk Administrator - What we need from you:

We are looking for someone who has 100% commitment to business efficiency and development, with a desire to quickly progress in our company.


You must have the following:

  • Some experience within a similar Admin Support role
  • Used to a fastmoving Admin role with a desire to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Staying upto date with service policies and regulations
  • Must have computer experience planning around a service desk
  • Conversant with MS Office programs. (Especially Word & Excel)
  • Good professional telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly with problemsolving skills
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Team player
  • Professional presentation
  • Must be able to read, write and speak good English
