Service Desk Administrator - What we need from you:
We are looking for someone who has 100% commitment to business efficiency and development, with a desire to quickly progress in our company.
You must have the following:
- Some experience within a similar Admin Support role
- Used to a fastmoving Admin role with a desire to learn and expand your knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Staying upto date with service policies and regulations
- Must have computer experience planning around a service desk
- Conversant with MS Office programs. (Especially Word & Excel)
- Good professional telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly with problemsolving skills
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Team player
- Professional presentation
- Must be able to read, write and speak good English
