Royal London has an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Administration Consultant to join our Pension Agency Team. This team play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class service to our Advisor Customers.

As a Pensions Administration Consultant, you will be responsible for actioning Advisor firms' administration requests and enquiries and ensuring all credit and validation checks are conducted in accordance with our process.

About the role
Conduct validation checks on individuals linked with new advisor firms. Ensure any low scoring advisor firms are referred to the Team Manager for additional review.

Create new advisor firm accounts once validation checks are passed and on completion of Business Application and Terms of Business.

Update the systems with any Advisor firm account changes. Complete the administration of remuneration processing and debt recovery process. Always ensure data accuracy and conduct verification checks.

About you
Proven administration and data accuracy skills are essential. Knowledge and understanding of pensions or financial services is desirable. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Strong attention to detail. Can do attitude and a willingness to learn. Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Access.
