- Obtaining estimates and prices from supplied and building a network of suppliers
- Creating and delivering tender presentations
- Following up tenders and securing projects
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with current clients and potential new clients
- Liaising with contract managers, procurement departments and the wider commercial department to generate a seamless link through the entirety of the projects
- Experience in a mechanical estimating role essential
- Full UK/ROI driving licence

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day estimating activities which include costing a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. You will be generating detailed mechanical documentation for turnkey commercial projects, whilst liaising with a wide range of suppliers to obtain specialist equipment.
This role would suit a seasoned estimator within the building services industry, looking to jump into a progressive role within a successful company.
