Description

Our client is looking for a Global Head of HR to join an expanding corporate function within this highly respected brand, based in Bristol.

You will be providing thought leadership across corporate functions, whilst working closely with the HRD to leadon the development of an overarching HR effectiveness strategy.

Other key responsibilities will include:
Take a lead on the Transformation and modernisation of the HR operating model.
Identify process and policy improvements within HR Operations and work closely with the business to implement them to ensure an optimal employee experience
Support the design and development of effective HR processes and policies, identifying areas of improvement and streamlining opportunities
Identify and evaluate the efficiencies of workflows, identify inconsistencies and opportunities to maximize efficiency.
Hold regular process improvement programme meetings with the Global HR Operations management team to identify opportunities to improve current HR processes and discuss how to manage additional business needs

Ensure HR Service Delivery teams receive sufficient training to deliver global and local processes effectively and establish a global community to update and review process changes and receive process feedback.
