We're on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager specialising in mechanical solutions for the construction and civil engineering sectors.
Elevation Recruitment are recruiting for a leading player in the realm of innovative mechanical solutions, dedicated to transforming the landscape of construction and civil engineering projects.
With a focus on cutting-edge design and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new markets and seek new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the market.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targets sectors including Civil Engineering, Flood control, Hoisting and Nuclear
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical solutions.
Work closely with the product development team to enhance and innovate our offerings based on client feedback and market demands.
Skills & Experience:
Experienced in technical project-based industrial selling
Strong Account Management experience
Proven track record in progressing projects to order placement
Will be comfortable seeking out and completing high value bids and tenders
Track record of closing high value projects / enquiries
Playing an active role in further development of a robust Sales Pipeline
Involvement in quotation preparation and ensure quotes meet customer requirements
Ability to operate and travel across the UK
