    About Our Client

    Our client is a top 100 global law firm with a rapidly growing knowledge lawyer function.

    Job Description

    As a Finance Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

    • Providing comprehensive finance legal advice, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
    • Conducting extensive legal research to stay updated on financial law trends and changes.
    • Training and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continual learning and professional development.
    • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements with a keen attention to detail.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Finance Knowledge Lawyer should have:

    • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
    • A working knowledge of finance law and legislation.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
