We have an exciting opportunity for a
Learning & Development Business Partnerto join our client, who are a global Telecommunications brand for a 12 month FTC.

You will be reporting into the Head of Learning & Development who you will work with to shape the learning culture and to deliver end-to-end training and development solutions.

You'll have lots of scope to manage your own projects and influence others acrossthe business.


Key Responsibilities::


  • Business partner with senior stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis
  • Design, deliver and evaluate high impact learning solutions
  • Engage productively with suppliers to support delivery of learning interventions
  • Support the development and delivery of cultural change


You will be the kind of person who is analytical, who can operate in a dynamic and fast changing environment and who has a passion for all things mobile, the internet and technology.

This is a 12 month FTC with hybrid working, salary is up to £55k with a bonus.
