One of the most successful new emerging Restaurant Groups is looking for a General Manager in their Flagship Restaurants in the Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join a small restaurant group that has large expansion plans. This is going to be a great place for a General Manager to work, where the Directors really know how to look after their people and have proven experience of creating incredibly successful restaurant concepts.

We are looking for General Manager with the following attributes:

• The General Manager will be passionate about service and know how to train and develop their team to deliver exceptional standards.
• The General Manager will have a proven track record of driving a business sales internally and externally.
• The General Manger will be able to (and Keen to) move into an area or Ops role within the next couple of years.
• What most important to our client is that the General Manager has a really positive personality and has a passion for service and over delivering on their customers expectations.
