- At least 2 years' experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years (Ofsted registered service)
- At least 1 year in a role that requires the supervision and management of staff working in a social care position (Deputy or Registered Manager)
- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (MUST)
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- A Full UK Driving Licence
- Over the age of 21

Do you have previous experience working as a Registered Manager or the Deputy Manager of an Ofsted Registered Children's Home?
We need someone who is able to work independently and really want a homely feeling for the young people and so being able to implicate the company ethos alongside allowing the young people to be themselves and nurture their growth is of massive importance to us being a family run business
We are starting a venture in a new location and so need some experienced support to help ensure this home runs at the same level as their flagship home for further growth This does mean that there is always opportunity for growth within the company which is really important to remember
Being specialists in Therapeutic Care for Children and Young People, it is really important that both the management and staffing team are able to communicate well with the young people and help them towards opportunities in further education and career paths as they get older and then transition from Children's Residential.
