We are currently supporting a growing organisation in Elland who are looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team.
You will report directly into the Finance Director day-to-day, supporting with payroll duties and taking ownership of HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR administration for the organisation
- Maintain and manage employees data
- Issue and update any contracts and changes to details#
- Assist with low level HR and payroll queries
- Process monthly payroll for circa 400 employees
- Manage starters and leavers information
- Liaise with management regarding payroll information
- Make payments to HMRC, pension, etc
- Collate all payroll information for the finance team
Requirements:
- Payroll/HR experience
- Experience of using SAGE Payroll
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Excel skills
