Elland, West Yorkshire

£22,000 - £25,000

Full-time and permanent


We are currently supporting a growing organisation in Elland who are looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience.

You will report directly into the Finance Director day-to-day, supporting with payroll duties and taking ownership of HR administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all HR administration for the organisation
  • Maintain and manage employees data
  • Issue and update any contracts and changes to details#
  • Assist with low level HR and payroll queries
  • Process monthly payroll for circa 400 employees
  • Manage starters and leavers information
  • Liaise with management regarding payroll information
  • Make payments to HMRC, pension, etc
  • Collate all payroll information for the finance team

Requirements:


  • Payroll/HR experience
  • Experience of using SAGE Payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Excel skills
