Roberson Bell is working with a large not-for-profit organisation based in Hampshire to recruit a Finance Supervisor on a 10 Month FTC.

The organisation offers flexible working with two days per week to be spent in the office.

The main responsibilities ofthe role include:

Lead a team of finance professionals providing oversight of their work, including monitoring KPIs
Communicating with internal colleagues such as the homeownership team to ensure transactions are correct.
Handling escalated external queries.

The right person for the role will have:

Previous experience within service charge ideally within a social housing setting.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be an experienced team manager.
