Job Summary:

Based in our Aylesbury office working with a mix of home working, the role of our Compliance Specialist is to drive and support our regulatory approval and research initiatives.

This is a permanent position with a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. If you love to learn new things, and enjoy meeting people around the world, apply.

About the role:

  • Ensure Kiwa Product Compliance metrics are met with regards to the best service delivery.
  • Understand and keep up to date with relevant country regulations and developments.
  • Undertake proactive and new compliance research for assigned countries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Regulatory Authorities and KPC vendors.
  • Close collaboration with other Kiwa KPC departments to ensure internal and external commitments are met.
  • Assist other KPC departments and undertake bespoke task requests, where needed / requested.

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations across the business.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluent in French and/or Arabic (desirable).
  • Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic in your work, with the ability to prioritise and manage an effective workload.
  • Aptitude for learning about and researching type approval requirements and developments to add further depth to your role.
  • Work cohesively with all stakeholders for a satisfied, positive outcome of business needs.
  • Experience of working with third parties and internal stakeholders to align the needs of the business.
  • Has a flexible approach to different situations, promoting information flow and generating end results.

What can you expect from us in return?:

  • Salary up to £30,000 per annum
