    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Working within a team, you would be working with a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and rapport building
    • Event Planning: From intimate meetings to large scale conferences and award ceremonies, you will work on the end-to-end process of event planning, preparation, and flawless delivery
    • Project Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, budget management, supplier liaison, and technical arrangements to ensure seamless execution
    • Delegate Management: Facilitate attendee engagement through invitation management, registration systems, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up
