ROLE PURPOSE

You will be working with the Estates Management team and the wider business to build and enhance their reporting to help them to monitor and improve performance.

This will include building and implementing Excel based reporting, identifying and setting KPIs and SLAs, understanding and improving business processes, and improving data insight.

You will be using financial and operational modelling and data analysis to support strategic decision-making on a range of projects.

Operational priorities include lease end analysis, statutory compliance, vacant property management, and Arch inspections.

You will work directly with the Estates team, but will report to the Head of Modelling and be part of a wider modelling team at the heart of a top real estate company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Working with the business to create new reporting to enhance operations, to monitor and improve operational performance
Working with the business to understand, document and reengineer business processes to improve
Modelling scenarios and performing cashflow analysis in order to identify the best commercial outcomes
Working with big data sets, and producing analysis that provides new business insights to drive decision making within The ArchCo

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

We are looking for an analytical and inventive thinker, who can deliver solutions that meet our commercial and operational goals.
You will also need to be a good communicator as you will spend a lot of your time collaborating with different areas of the business.
You will like a challenge and be thorough, work hard and be determined and ambitious.
Expert knowledge of Excel and modelling best practice.

Desirable

Knowledge of programming languages and Microsoft BI are helpful but not required.
Experience of estate management and property are helpful but not required.
