Experienced Process Analyst based in Portsmouth on a 12+ month contract Required

Inside IR35

Contract length: 12+ Months

Daily Rate:
£350 - £450 per day

Clearance:
Full security clearance
Trilogic are proud to support a premium mechanical, building, design and engineering company based in Portsmouth.


Your main tasks will be to analyse all business processes across the Group and document the As-Is and To-Be processes.

As part of this role, you will identify ways to improve on current processes, procedures and design and implement KPI's to measure impactof process improvements and task orientation.


To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and problem solving, be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.


Requirements:


  • Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.
  • Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting and challenging process requirements and liaising with users
  • Document process models in the form of As-Is and To-Be process steps.
  • Leading process redesign workshops and managing process change
  • Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined endtoend use cases
  • Develop gap analysis with business leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives
  • Review data structures and data integrity and make recommendations data management processes and data cleansing
  • Educating business users responsible from managing ad operating business processes
  • Monitoring, measuring and providing KPI's and feedback on process performance
  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and selfservice guidance

Essentials:


  • Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering or similar preferred
  • 5+ years' experience as a process analyst.
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects.
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
