Human Resources Administrator

£28,000 FTE

Monday to Friday, 30 Hours per week. Hours are negotiable
Aeroserve have a fantastic opportunity for Human Resources Administrator to join our busy and dynamic HR department.


This post will play an important role in supporting the HR Team and the wider business in all aspects of HR Administration.

The role will be based at our Slough office, looking after around 400 people.

As a Human Resources Administrator, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Processing new starters and leavers;
  • Issuing Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment;
  • Ensuring all preemployment checks are completed including collecting references and carrying out right to work checks;
  • General day to day administration of the HRIS system;
  • Providing HR reports from the HRIS system;
  • Providing Administration and note taking support for a range of issues such as Investigation, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Capability, Wellbeing and sickness absence;
  • Providing administrative support on recruitment processes for all roles across the business including temporary staff during busy periods.
  • Previous experience of working in a busy HR department; (Essential)
  • A Good understanding and working knowledge of GDPR and Employment Law Legislation and practices, specifically in relation to HR administration; (Essential)
  • Be a competent user of IT, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint); (Essential)
  • Previous experience of using Cloud based HR IT Systems (Desirable);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; (Essential)
  • A keen eye to detail and excellent problemsolving skills; (Essential)
