    Job Description

    As Fabric Engineer, your focus will be on achieving significant results and outcomes for the business, maintaining ISS's leading edge status in the industry, and enhancing our reputation with the customer.

    ​You will prioritise adherence to Health and Safety standards at all times, collaborating with the team to achieve set tasks effectively.

    Your role will involve providing proactive and creative building fabrics services to the contract, ensuring a high level of customer care and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements
    • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation
    • Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all building fabrics related issues, and help desk requests
    • Support the Engineering Team with general tasks that occur on a reactive or proactive perspective
    • Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Team
    Produce list costs of material required for any minor works required
    • Coordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client
    • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
    • Ideally from a FM background
    • Any trade related certificate, Carpentry, Plumbing, Joinery, Painting & Decorating
