- Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements
- Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation
- Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all building fabrics related issues, and help desk requests
- Support the Engineering Team with general tasks that occur on a reactive or proactive perspective
- Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Team
- Coordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client
- Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
- Ideally from a FM background
- Any trade related certificate, Carpentry, Plumbing, Joinery, Painting & Decorating
