    A dynamic and innovative Real Estate Consultancy in Newcastle is looking to add a strong Building Surveyor to their expanding team.

    The Building Surveyors' Role

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor looking to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy, with 29 offices nationwide, and uncapped resources at their disposal. Whilst also working within a close-knit building surveying team made up of 4, with close mentorship from the senior management.

    The new Building Surveyor will be seamlessly integrated into the wider Building Consultancy Division, where they will be tasked with contributing to projects that not only challenge but also significantly aid in professional growth.

    This position is designed to thrust you into the forefront of the industry, providing exposure to a variety of exciting projects across the commercial, office, and retail sectors.

    The Partners are focusing on building and developing the Newcastle team so this is an exciting time to join, benefitting from their strong internal APC programme, close mentorship & support from the current team, and fantastic short & long term opportunities for progression as the team grows.

    The Building Surveyor

    • A RICS Accredited degree / ideally a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
    • MRICS or currently working towards
    • Previous Building Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
