Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a Large Manufacturing Company for the supply of a Quality Assurance Technician.


Responsibilities:


  • Generation of raw material Goods in Specifications
  • Technical support to distribution centre (GMP audits, glass and plastic audits, temperature monitoring)
  • Coordination of the BRC Global standard for food storage & distribution v
  • Approval of raw material specifications
  • Raw material supplier auditing
  • Assisting in the maintenance of supplier approval information
  • Contacting suppliers regarding any queries relating to raw materials
  • Completing customer specifications
  • Signing off artwork
  • Assisting in completing sample submission forms for customers when required
  • Customer and supplier visits
  • Providing technical administrative support to the Technical Department.
  • Providing technical support to the warehouse facility
  • Auditing raw material suppliers

Requirements:


  • Proficiency with Word and Excel is essential.
  • Experience of internal auditing with suitable training.
  • Supplier auditing experience desirable.
  • Degree trained in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience of BRC Global Food Safety certification is essential.
