First and foremost, Didsbury HouseHotel andEleven Didsbury Parkare beautiful boutique hotels situated in Manchesters cosmopolitan Didsbury area.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, stands a boutique like no other, rich in history with carefully selected furnishings and décor.

Didsbury House Hotel provides the perfect venue for a range of exclusive events such as weddings, Summer BBQs, client entertainment dinners, afternoon teas and family celebrations.

With its well-appointed Blue Lounge, Boardroom, and the Den which exudes character and warmth and a total of 27 bedrooms and suites offering comfort and style.

What we are looking for?
At least 6 months experience within similar role
Be able to learn on your feet and be passionate about food
Exceptional culinary skills
A high standard of personal presentation
Superb attention to detail
Driven by delivering exceptional standards
Team working skills
Resilience and drive to get things right the first time
Ability to work under pressure
Confident and professional approach
The position is for minimum 34 hours per week, working 4 or 5 days out of 7. You will be required to work a flexible shift pattern which includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
