Our Wiltshire based client is looking for a CAD Design Manager to join their growing and innovative business. Creating luxury and functional interiors for high-end medical practices and other commercial clients, this is a varied role with a firm focus on technical detailing.

The Role:

• Briefing with clients on their design preferences, requirements and project goals.
• Producing creative design concepts to company standards and presenting proposals to clients.
• Create technical and detailed design specifications for materials, finishes and fixtures.
• Coordinating with project stakeholders for a seamless execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design.

About You:

• Proven experience in interior design, preferably commercial or office spaces.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in conveying design concepts to all project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of design principles, material and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
