    We are looking for a pioneering & dynamic 3rd Line Engineer that is looking for professional advancement in a forever growing organization.

    You will always seek to understand the customers viewpoint and you will have the ability to provide technical support and guidance to exciting organizations and more junior members of staff.

    Ideal candidates will live within commuting distance of our newly refurbished Cardiff office.

    You will be joining a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals who care deeply about what they do, but also care deeply about a work-life balance.

    Provide training and support to junior members of staff


    • Work through assigned Service Desk tickets
    • Knowledge of Linux
    • Windows Server
    • SQL
    • Kaspersky AV
    Have a full driving license


    • Undertake travel to customer sites as required in addition to technology office locations
