- Provide excellent customer service to applicants by processing visa applications accurately and efficiently
- Develop understanding of Chinese Embassy's policy and provide relevant information to the applicants
- Ensuring relevant documents from applicants are received and correct
- Ensure accuracy of data input on the system
- Assist with the delivery of daily applications and visa collection
- Deal with customers' enquiries, including answering telephone calls, replying to emails and faxes in a professional manner
- Regularly produce reports for Management
- Degree educated or relevant qualification
- Customer service and cashier work experience
- Data management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with ability to drive work plan independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills

Description
Visa Centre Manchester is responsible for assessing and processing visa and legalisation applications. It also helps applicants by offering guidance and making sure that they understand the application requirements. As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and for delivering accurate information regarding visa requirements of the applicant. You will also assist with any issues related to visa applications. This is 12 months fixed term contract position.
