    Conveyancing Paralegal
    £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

    We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm that prides itself on a client-centric approach and a comprehensive range of legal services.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle the full conveyancing process from start to finish.
    • Prepare and manage legal documents related to property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages.
    • Liaise with clients, solicitors, conveyancers, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress of all transactions.
    • Conduct legal research and provide support on conveyancing matters.
    • Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines to ensure timely completions.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal.
    • Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
    • Proficient in IT systems with strong typing and document management skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide high levels of client service.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
