Pastry Chef

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef to join a chef patron and team in Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth.

The pastry chef will be responsible for bringing vision and depth of knowledge to the existing dessert offering & creating dishes that fit alongside their tasting menu.

As the pastry chef you can look forward to the following:
Salary basic of £32,000 depending on experience.
Good service training provided.
Live in available approx. £They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland.
The ideal pastry chef will have the following.
Experience as a pastry chef in a Michelin starred setting.
knowledge of seasonal garden produce
Flexible to work shifts as required.
