Teaching Assistant - Richmond

Are you looking to start your career in education as a Teaching Assistant? Love supporting children? Ready to begin a full time position in a school environment in January 2023?

We are working with a fantastic primary school located in the Richmond area who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work for the beginning of the new academic year in January.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work with a child in receptionto support their learning and development.

Whilst it would be beneficial to have previous experience with children in a school setting, it is not mandatory for this role but you will have had previous experience working with children in some capacity for safeguarding purposes.

The Role:

Provide children with a very broad learning experience, full of new challenges and longlasting memories
Work with children in both small groups and 1:1 to support their learning and development
Help prepare lessons and learning materials
Provide support to SEN children when require to ensure they are on track to achieve milestones set for them

Requirements:

Available Immediately, Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 4pm
You will need to support children both 1:1 and in small groups
Passion for working with children and/or young adults as a Teaching Assistant
Live local to Richmond or within a commutable distance
Be available full time, Monday to Friday
