As an expanding specialist lender based in Central London, we are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will support the enhancement and growth of their panel of financial advisers / brokers alongside increasing the Loan book.

We are anticipating significant growth of the business over the next few years.

As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and growth of the loan book.

Proactively identifying Brokers and Introducers throughout the country to gain referrals for bridging and development finance.

The ideal candidate is expected to hold previous experience working as a Business Development Manager (a minimum of 3 years) within the Bridging Lending OR Specialist Finance Industry.

Candidates will be required to work in our London Office but may travel to Brokers in the surrounding area from time to time
