This is a fantastic time to work in a busy ICT Department.
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Administrator to work within our Service Delivery team providing quality customer focused ICT support services.
- Support Windows 10 within a Microsoft domain environment
- Assist in the writing of service desk documentation
- Work on project activities and tasks if required
- Prince 2 Foundation (not essential)
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware through a variety of methods (SCCM, GPO, AutoPilot)
- Demonstrate awareness of Cyber security and risks around safeguarding data
- Demonstrate experience of using MDM technology (InTune)
- Ensure all hardware assets are managed through the process, obtaining and deploying stock as required
The person we are looking for will:
- Be customer focussed
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Have good troubleshooting skills including hardware, software and 3rd party systems.
- Be happy to work flexibly to help meet the needs of the service.
- Have ability to manage multiple and diverse workloads and be selfreliant.
- Have ability to manage own work and dynamically reprioritise work according to constantly changing environment
- Have good attention to detail and ability to show initiative.
- Be able to plan and prioritise work load without supervision to meet SLA's.
- Have ITIL Foundation
