DEPUTY NURSE MANAGER £22 Per Hour33 Hours Per Week
I am recruiting a Deputy Nurse Manager in Belfast This is the perfect role for an experienced nurse with leadership experience to take the next step in their nursing career.

Day to day in this role will look like supporting the Nurse Manager in a long-standing and respected nursing home.
Key Duties:

• Assisting the Nurse Manager with the day-to-day running of the homes.
• Overall quality control.
• Leading by example and assisting in upholding the standards of the Nursing Home.
• Liaising with both outside agencies and statutory bodies such as the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority, ensuring compliance with the minimum care standards.
• Practicing within the NMC code at all times.
