    Position Overview: As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation of industrial and commercial chimneys and exhaust systems on construction sites. You will lead site teams, coordinate activities, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. A CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
    • Plan and organize site activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics management.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
    • Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources to ensure cost control and profitability.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the installation of chimneys and exhaust systems.
    • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid qualification.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining safe working practices.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
    • NVQ in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
