As the Business Support Administrator, your role will involve engaging with all levels of our integrated work streams to drive results within a dynamic and fast-changing environment.


With your drive, tenacity, and forward-focused approach, you'll play a key role in delivering outcomes that align with our client-based delivery model.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of business support, including administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication facilitation.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective delivery of services.


As Business Support Administrator, your commitment to excellence and continuous improvement will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

By staying proactive and adaptable, you'll contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our partnership with clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Heads of Department with administrative and purchasing functions
  • Support Heads of Department with all aspects of people and payroll processes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding colleagues
  • Support colleague training and development
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the experience of colleagues on campus by leading and delivering smallmedium projects to show continuous improvement
  • Promote excellent communications within all teams
  • Management of work orders, reporting and compliance evidence
  • Support Heads of Department with inspection auditing

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position within the FM industry
  • Good planning and organisational skills, and capable of working to tight deadlines
  • Experience in evidencing audit and compliance readiness
  • Experience in delivering small and medium sized projects
  • Ability to be flexible to suit customer needs and to cover operations
  • Build relationships in a professional manner
