Senior Content Manager

£35-45k

Central London

Full Time Permanent position (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with flexitime and remote working available)

Our client a leadingPR and content marketing agency are looking for a Senior Content and Copy Manager to join their expanding team. Delivering award-winning social-led PR and content marketing locally and internationally.

Day to Day

  • Writing consistent, compelling, and engaging long and short form content including press releases, white papers, message houses, social posts, scripts, case studies, and blogs
  • Editing and proofing to the highest standards
  • Creating integrated PR, social and content campaigns
  • Collaborating with project managers, creatives and freelancers
  • Supporting the agency's senior leadership team to develop new business opportunities
  • Contributing to social media and marketing activities
  • Aspiring to manage your own content team as the agency grows
  • Embracing feedback from stakeholders and clients

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Flair for writing imaginative, compelling, inspiring content
  • Excellent journalistic writing skills/ with experience crafting persuasive long and short form content that is grammatically spot on
  • A passion for technology that translates into journalistic ideas and storytelling
  • Experience writing reviewer guides, buyers guides, press releases and message houses
  • Flair for finding research focused stories
  • Ability to manage short deadlines and work on multiple projects
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients
  • Flexible approach with the willingness to accept change and adapt ideas
  • Willingness to improve and develop writing and creative skills
  • Confident and outgoing
