We are looking for a talented and passionate Chefde Partie
to join a fantastic team at our modern british restaurant, The Lanesborough Grill.

Working within a brigade under the guidance of our Executive Chef you will be part of a professional teamwitha focus on service delivery and execution of a Michelin level menu that is fundamentally British and modern with domestically sourced ingredients.

As Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for delivering an excellent food offering, being able to adapt when necessary based on guests' requirements, delivering consistently the same high level of culinary experience to our guests.

You and your team must be trained and fully understand both the menu and what is expectedin this high level professional brigade.

As
Chef de Partie
you will
develop the skills and effectiveness of the team through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.
The ideal
Chefde Partie
candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Experience in as similar role within a fine dining restaurant essential preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant
Proven track record in running a kitchen section
Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities
Excellent command of the English language
Food Hygiene Level3 certification preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company
Please note this role requires an element of manual handling and on occasion heavy lifting
