Growth Marketing Executive

Telco Scale Up

We are searching for a talented and metrics driven Growth Marketing Executive to join a leading telco scale up. You will be joining a multicultural, international working environment.

You will be working closely with the Performance Marketing Lead as well as collaborating with the rest of the team and the wider business.

You will be responsible for designing, launching, optimising and reporting PPC and Paid Social campaigns. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience, who can really hit the ground running.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquire a strong knowledge about what they do, who they are, their culture, their competitive landscape, their industry, the company objectives, their customers.
  • Plan, design, implement and monitor Google Ads campaigns that align with the overall performance strategy.
  • Keyword research and management including negative keyword to optimise bids.
  • Optimise bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic levels.
  • Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive underperforming keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics).
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Write engaging and concise copy in line with their brand and campaign goals.
  • Liaising with the Marketing Team as well as external agencies.
  • Landing page creation in line with our brand and campaign goals.
  • Support other teams when needed.
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends.

Experience:


  • Startup / scale up experience
  • Paid search experience Google Ads and/or Bing Ads
  • Experience using Facebook ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Comfortable creating, optimising, reporting on Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proficient with numbers, data and reporting
  • Proficient excel experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural tea
  • Experience working in B2B or B2C for a consumer brand or agency
  • Obtained Google Skillshop certifications and/or LinkedIn Certification.
  • Knowledge working with HubSpot and Salesforce
