    Overview of positionWe are looking to recruit for a position within our Account Management team for the role of Group Sales Co-ordinator based out of Clayton Hotel Chiswick.

    This is an exciting and varied role which requires an energetic and motivated individual with a background in sales administrative ideally with hospitality experience.

    Attention to detail, adaptability, working to deadlines and consumer focussed approach are required. The environment is fast paced and for the appropriate candidate an excellent opportunity exists to develop within this role.

    Key Duties & ObjectivesWork with the Group Account Management team on activity within relevant market segments primarily of global corporate, meetings & conferencing to provide administrative supportAssist as a professional and efficient liaison between clients and the Account Management team in client communications, preparing quotations and client relationshipsRFP Systems Support as needed for managing RFP's, system utilisation, content building and rate loading managementAct as a point of contact for customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products or servicesFacilitate communication within the team through co-ordination and collaboration to ensure smooth approach at all timesAttend Group Sales meetings as requiredTo carry out any other duties as reasonably required from Account Management team or Group Sales teamSkills & Experience Required1 years' directly related sales administrative experienceMotivation and positive attitudeConsumer focussed & relationship buildingGood co-ordination skills and attention to detailHighly organised, strong team player and ability to work in fast paced environmentStrong project co-ordination & communication skillsExcellent computer skills to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other business applications Why work for us?Dalata Hotel Group are the most successful and largest hotel group in Ireland, and now have a growing presence in the UK and Continental Europe.
