    Description

    Supporting the Student Records and Partnerships Manager and the wider Registry team, the Student Records and Partnerships Officer will help to successfully implement all student administrative tasks and business processes.

    Registry Services work to deliver a professional service, with the student's experience at the forefront, managing tasks including enrolment and registration, student record management and graduation.

    The Student Records and Partnerships Officer will additionally support in the collaborative work and service management with partnerships and their students records, working closely with other professional services departments and key stakeholders.

    The successful candidate will be expected to work with the team to ensure processes are sufficient and students are kept at the heart of our services, using SITS and e-Vision as a key tool.

    This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to utilise and build on their administrative and professional skills, within an education environment, with students at the heart of all operations.The ideal candidate will:

    • have experience providing excellent customer care and service delivery
    • have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • have the ability to work on own initiative and be pro-active
    • have experience working with a records management system
    • have knowledge of policies and procedures, in relation to UK Higher Education
