Legal SecretaryYour responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to solicitors in the litigation department. Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms. Managing and organising case files, including electronic filing systems. Liaising with clients, courts, and other parties involved in cases. Assisting with scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings. Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm, preferably with exposure to litigation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation.Benefits:
