Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Water Director to lead our water division across the UK. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Water Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with Egis' vision and business goals

Client Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly

Team Management:
create and expand a strong technical delivery capability in the UK

Project Oversight:
Oversee a water projects portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers

Business Development:
Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposals, and contribute to business expansion

Industry Influence:
Represent Egis at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions

Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive experience working in the UK Water sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives.
In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferably Chartered.
